Sizing is where most bedroom purchases go wrong. A nightstand should sit within a couple of inches of the top of your mattress. A pillow insert should be about 2 inches larger than its cover for a full look. And a rug under a queen bed is usually 8 by 10 feet if you want it to show on both sides and at the foot.
